RAIN & ME. CHILDREN’S THERAPY

Creative arts therapy and counselling for early childhood, children, adults and families.

Therapeutic services support experiences including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, identity, grief, and relational challenges.

Services are grounded in relational, arts-based and nervous-system-informed practices.
