Rain & Me. Children’s Therapy Has a New Location at Footscray Community Arts Centre

I’m so happy to share a small but meaningful update from Rain & Me Therapy. Working alongside ArtTearapy, we are now operating from a new space within the Footscray Community Arts Centre.

From this new location, we continue to offer our range of services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Melbourne’s Inner West.

Our work includes:

  • Art Therapy and Paediatric Art Therapy — supporting expression, emotional awareness, and connection through creative process

  • Holistic therapies, including Psych-K® and Access Bars®, offered as gentle, optional supports alongside therapeutic work, where appropriate and by choice

  • Parenting and re-parenting support — a relational space for exploring patterns, values, and more compassionate ways of responding

  • Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) — offered as part of counselling-based therapeutic support, with careful pacing, consent, and attunement

This new space reflects the values at the heart of Rain & Me: warmth, creativity, and respect for each person’s unique way of being. It offers a calm, grounded environment where children and families can slow down, explore experiences, and connect through relationship and creative expression.

The studio is easily accessible for families in Footscray, Yarraville, Seddon, Maidstone, and surrounding Inner West suburbs.

If you’re curious about working together — whether for your child or for yourself — you’re warmly invited to reach out via the contact page.

I look forward to welcoming you into this new space and continuing this work together.
